National Center for Civil and Human Rights

End-of-Year Giving Campaign

MISSION‍

To create a year-end giving campaign built around the story of a longtime volunteer, member, and donor who has been with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights since its opening in 2014.

‍

OUTCOME

A five-day campaign launched immediately after Christmas as a final push for year-end giving. I took the Development team’s initial concept — a donor interview video — and built an entire multichannel campaign around it.

‍

‍

I led video production planning, developed the interview questions to shape the narrative, designed and wrote a two-email sequence, and created accompanying social media posts and caption copy. The visual design direction mirrored an existing awareness campaign developed by an outside agency, maintaining brand consistency across the year-end push.

‍

IMPACT

The campaign generated 17 donations totaling $2,660 within a five-day window.
