Context: Design interview project (solicited) Year: 2019.
MISSION
As part of an interview process for a design role at Slutty Vegan, I was asked to present two design concepts based on their existing brand.
Instead of treating this as a visual exercise, I studied the brand and identified two real business problems... then proposed
strategic solutions with full creative execution across channels.
Neither concept was implemented... the role went to another applicant.
But the work demonstrates the approach I bring to every project: start with the problem, and then design the solution.

CONCEPT ONE:
BRANDED PACKAGING
The problem:

Carryout at catering events relied on foldable bags... disposable, forgettable, and a missed branding opportunity.
I designed a branded fold-up carryout box that turns every to-go and catering order into a brand impression.
The box carries the full visual identity: logo, taglines, website, phone number, and social handle. So the packaging works as marketing long after the food is gone.

CONCEPT TWO:
CUSTOMER REWARDS & RETENTION PROGRAM
The problem:

Five-hour wait times were deterring repeat customers.
I proposed a “Become a Seasoned Slut” rewards program where customers earn their way to skipping the line after six visits.
The concept included a branded rewards keychain with a barcode to track visits and build customer profiles for future marketing, a full email template for promoting the program, social media ad creative for Facebook and Instagram, and campaign messaging designed to match the brand’s voice.
